All Lash Majic orders are dispatched from Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia. We aim to process and ship all orders within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation.

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International delivery timeframes and costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch notification.

Delays & Lost Parcels

Lash Majic is not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, international carriers, or customs processing. If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@lashmajic.com and we will investigate on your behalf.
